I cannot think of someone who has more fluency in the combination of technology, diplomacy, and cultural insights.

So, the person with vast incentives to keep the race to better models going as hard as possible? Good luck.

The race is happening, cannot be stopped. But can be shaped. Huang is best positioned, in my opinion, to shape it given his fluency across the technology, diplomacy, and different cultural values (China / America).
