I only recently found out this was a thing when they emailed about postgres 14 extended support, and that was pure luck that the AWS health notifications were setup.
That's likely the case for 95% of developers. We don't have time and resources to proactively look for deprecations in advance. That's the problem my GreenOps Scan is trying to fix.
