There's always room for finding solutions to problems people didn't _know_ that they had. This is just inventing or misinterpreting problems to try and get rid of employees.
Humans have been rejecting good solutions to help them since time began. Distrust, tribalism, envy, bias and a tendency towards shortcut assumptions have not been eliminated, or even reduced. In fact modern technology, social media and even AI, have acted as catalysts for sloppy thinking/beliefs.
