Our founder house has two rooms opening up: one at ~$1,750/mo and one at ~$1,900/mo. Looking to fill both for October 1 move-in, on a 12-month basis.
It's a 6-bed / 3-bath house in the nice part of the Mission, a 10-minute drive to the YC Dogpatch HQ, very close to 24th/Mission train station.
Some key details:
Rooms: ~$1,750/mo (mattress + bedding included, just bring a frame) and ~$1,900/mo (unfurnished, sunnier and bigger). Utilities ~$100/mo on top, split evenly.
Big shared backyard (squat rack + weight set)
Founder house vibes: long hours; build sessions; weekend events; UFC watch parties; lifting together; barbecuing; cold brew 24/7; DoorDash basically every day
The stuff that actually matters: in-unit washer/dryer, cleaner every weekend, fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, and a big shared office getting refreshed into a proper workspace + guest room
AI neighbors: our neighbors founded Cerebral Valley. Backyard hangs continue.
