I am roundly miffed that I somehow missed that Scott Jenson was holding a talk in my very country. As always, great talk, his efforts in UX are something every one of us benefits in ways large and small daily.
Great Video. I think I watched something similar 2 - 3 years ago. And he basically stated ( again ) what went wrong with Apple giving Jony Ive the design of overall user interface.
