House prices (for humans) and replacing human knowledge workers with AI are incompatible in 95% of the world.

Data centers (homes for agents) are the priority.

They were priced just right for private equity to outbid everyone last time. The same will happen again. Lots of overpriced rentals will be coming onto the market soon.
