Replying here since your post closed -- sure, we get that, but on HN you can promote your own stuff provided you've engaged with the community to some extent, make a few comments, post a few interesting links. When your "karma" is sufficient then post prefixed "Show HN" with links to your project and a paragraph on why it's so great.
