Foolishness. Remote attestation invalidates that. Apps will demand to run on devices that pass attestation. If you don't have such a device, you're done.
And only corporation owned devices will ever pass attestation. Alternative Androids will never be allowed to partake, nor will any individual.
As for Brazil specifically, GrapheneOS has already warned they won't implement the privacy destroying age verification laws.
