If you are upcoming developer, nothing wrong in vibe coding in my opinion as long as you take time to understand what is being done by the model. One suggestion I have is, make sure ask/explore alternative approach of solving the same. This helps you to understand and eventually judge what fits in given scenario. Good luck!

Depends on your goal, are you trying to build an MVP to validate your idea? Then yes. Also beware that vibe-coding is not the same as agentic coding.

Not necessarily, as long as you test it thoroughly and ask before any real-world use to assess all potential security threats.
