I know usage has fallen through the floor. I hope they don't vanish. Yet I've never seen a sustained outage of this length in ... well, ever from them.

Anyone with the skinny care to comment?

Their statuspage shows "investigating" since the last 18 minutes.

I honestly and cannot complain about what may have been a need to reduce staff, and therefore responsiveness in such a case. Especially during a transition. Those crazy usage graphs they have blow the mind.
