GitHub Outage: Incident with Git Operations, Pull Requests and Actions (githubstatus.com)

I was cursing at Codex for failing to push a PR. Trying a bunch of obscure methods one after another.. These tools should be trained to expect that GitHub going down is perfectly normal.
