I had to track this down, and the suit was filed IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT NORTHERN DISTRICT OF ILLINOIS EASTERN DIVISION [0] (pardon the all-caps, that's how things are filed)

I really was expecting the Food Court.
