Ubuntu now has official desktop images for RISC-V (omgubuntu.co.uk)

I think RVA23 silicon availability is going to tick up now that SiFive's BigSky monster has been out. But it's still hard to say confidently. What's clear is that the question of RISC-V viability is settled.
