I'm not sure why it's not mentioned until the very bottom that "the login page was specifically included among other items in the takedown which related to actual content on the site". Up to that point the language led me to believe that the DMCA was specifically over the login page. Particularly, this "a DMCA takedown over a login page.", which it really wasn't.
