Rapl: Enjoyable, composable, hackable N-dimensional arrays for Rust (github.com)

Love the idea of array programming in general. I remember back in 2017 solving Advent of Code in APL and whats a very enjoyable experience. But it has never cough up for a reason, computers don't work that way maybe TPU and GPU could benefit from array programing paradigm but I think is too late at this point to rethink decades of architecture and CUDA inspired code.
