Show HN: I think Apple should have built this a long time ago (copytap.netlify.app)

Built this little tool a while ago and shared it with a few friends. The feedback I got was great that I decided to release it publicly. It's not just another 'clipboard'... Honestly, would love you guys to try it out! This is my first public release of a product with a price tag! I have 0 expectations for it... but I genuinely love using it myself.

You'll probably get more interest if you say something about what it is and what it does.

Right below the blue Download Now button, it says "Available on Windows too" but then in a box hovering at the bottom of the window, it says "CopyTap is only available for MacOS Desktop." Which is it?

I have been a computer user since 1982, and a heavy computer user since 1992. I’ve yet to think of a frequent use case where more than one clipboard is needed at a time.

What I do find very useful, is handoff. Being able to copy and paste across Apple devices is immensely useful.

What I would love to see is clipboard timeouts. Where you can set in the operating system itself a timeout beyond which the clipboard gets automatically cleared.

Yeah, a timeout feature would definitely be useful.
