I've always had this paradigm that I fall back to when uncertain of things, or encounter stuff I am not sure about: find out what your enemies want you to do, and don't do it.
These last few weeks really just boggle my mind, as an American. Seriously - whose side is the administration on?
Yes yes yes - "the last few weeks?!?" etc, but you get what I mean.
I think this is a fairly good analysis of what's going on (Anders Puck Nielsen has generally had some pretty level-headed takes throughout the war): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ElRegbf3bes
Ordinary Starlink got a speed limit. I read somewhere if you cross to Poland that limit magically bumps to 180 km/s, and it wasnt present on Starlink before.
"We hope that a certain billionaire in the US will not block our drone speed operation limits, and that Ukrainian soldiers will be able to use their weapons effectively to protect the Ukrainian people. Otherwise, we will give this person's address to the armed forces, so they can call him and talk to him in their own language"
Worked with Orban like a charm, will work with Musk as well. They are both meow meows.
If that still doesn’t work, limiting the drone speed artificially to openly and outright support the aggressor, which is Russia, the US arch nemesis, is basically an act of war.
If a simple drug operation is the reason you can legally abduct the head of a different nation, what keeps the Ukrainians from apprehending a terrorist Elon Musk after one of his weekend island sex retreats?
Using violence to reach political goals is the definition of Terrorism.
So, if you limit the ability to protect Ukrainian children and civilians in general because UKR interceptor drones can no longer catch up, and therefore civilians die, so you can pressure their head of state into negotiations over the body of dead children, is terrorism in its purest form.
No wonder the US wants to destroy the International Criminal Court of Justice. They are afraid Americans will rightfully be prosecuted for war crimes, including the doofus of war and the doofus in chief.
This seems to be a Trump originated attempt to hobble Ukraine to help Russia win. The supposed leader of the free world seems a bit of a traitor to same.
