You can ask or you can spend a minute looking up how much pro-Palestinian organizers have raised for aid and relief in Palestine. If pro-colonial organizations are to be believed, it's in the hundreds of millions USD. So then the question would be how much aid do you need for the kinds of conditions that exist currently in Gaza?
The UNRWA budget is solely for Palestinians, so you can count around 850 million dollars per year as the first contribution, vast majority of which is paid by Western governments (only Qatar contributes something, and even that is less than "private donors". Note: private donors are apparently largely American too)
On top of this:
450 million WFP (food aid)
650 million WHO (hospitals)
650 million UNICEF (water + schools)
It's pretty hard to puzzle together how much it is in total, but you do find articles stating that funding for Palestine is a big part of the UNs total budget. Apparently total aid for Gaza would come near 2.5 billion, which is not funded but currently partially comes from a saved up amount called (Emergency Appeals)
There are now problems with foreign aid being cut in the US and the EU and nobody "stepping up" despite endless promises to do so, especially by Islamic nations and China, but apparently only private individuals in the US actually did something and they can't match 1/4th of the cuts by nation states.
