NPM is experiencing degraded package install and publishing (status.npmjs.org)

Seems to be somewhat resolved. I just managed to publish a package.

I wish they'd get the package download reporting stable. They went 4 days last week without publishing package downloads. Historically they used to eventually backfill missing data, but it just hasn't happened sometimes now. https://bsky.app/profile/techniq.dev/post/3my3k57thvk26
