Show HN: Buildnotes – Turn pull requests in "how it's made" posts (buildnotes.releases.sh)

I've been working on a way to take existing pull requests and turn them into "How It's Made" style content you can use outside of Github. buildnotes is an agent skill that reads a feature's issues, PRs, commits and reviews, then produces a post with real figures. Those include flow diagrams, annotated screenshots with notes in the margin, before/after comparisons, charts and real code.

Also supports videos + slides, so you can share them externally too.

Nice idea. How does it handle large PRs with a lot of noise, like refactors mixed with the actual feature? I've been using Hyperframes for videos, but not for PRs.
That's worth testing for sure. This first version was mostly built against routine feature updates, typically spread out over several PR's. I found it was more likely agents missed context by ONLY sticking with a single PR vs seeking out related merges in a similar timeframe.

I designed the evals to filter out noisy stuff (we don't need to hear about the play by play of tiny bugfixes), and most of that skill should carry over to a monolithic refactor.

Going to test further on the next iteration, thanks!
