Linus's Law "given enough eyeballs, all bugs are shallow"

Given enough agents, a bug colony (and hundreds of bugs) were revealed to be hiding underneath the ground of many memory unsafe code written in C or C++.

This just tells you that the problem worsens with those languages, but not for memory safe languages.
