Musk is a naturalized immigrant. What if Democrats started behaving like the current administration and de-naturalizing selected people? (I doubt that they would.)
Musk is right in the crosshairs of Trump's anti-immigrant rhetoric. He plainly committed immigration fraud by not maintaining his student status. His statement about his immigration status were declarations under penalty of perjury.
