The PDB [Bolsonarist Digital Party] operates opaquely – outside the control mechanisms to which traditional parties are subject – mobilizing public and private resources in pursuit of political power and support for its agendas.
For the record: these "control mechanisms" are just the requirements for financial disclosure and oversight. Brazil wants to known who's financing political activity.
