Good news, its not a bug, its purely science of machine learning, agent accumulates the data, process it and makes it part its learning.

Question is how much behavior change you can tolerate? Some companies do call it self learning which is good for operations like coding, or content generation but in enterprise execution the tolerating agent drift is not acceptable specially in critical operations like Healthtech, banking or defence !
