what ltcoleman said. also, Erica Sudan's IOS Cookbook is pretty amazing if you're already a coder who's profficient in some other language. it's about 3 chapters .. 100 pageish of the basics to get you going and understanding about all you need to work in the language, and then several hundred pages of 20 page chapters on this topic of that - tables, playing audio, whatever.
Yeah that's what I'm doing. Started last week. I saw their bootcamp was 5K for 9 days. Insane. Though there is definitely a market for a GOOD iOS dev bootcamp IMO.

Otherwise, Ray Wenderlich online and the Big Nerd Ranch book are my favorites.
