Show HN: Extending X402 for MoR fiat payments and budget attenuation (github.com)

X402 and similar protocols requires crypto native settlement. For freelancers and SMEs under many European tax regimes, it can be a tax nightmare.

In this proposal the payment is in FIAT (via a Merchant of Record), and the agents orchestrator can attenuate the budget into smaller, independently revocable sub-budgets for its worker using Biscuits.

This is a reference implementation with some described known limitations, not a production system.
