Tell HN: Claude Code now detects bugs in its own code

Claude Code now detects bugs in itself and offers to submit them to Anthropic. This did not cause the session to crash - so it's different than crash reports. It detected behavior that may not have been intended.

This is a product in itself...the ability to identify behavioral anomalies that might be bugs and to report them.

Pretty interesting, to say the least.
