IMO, not only should the body cams be on 24x7 for these guys, that body cam footage should be considered public records. And if there is ever a situation where the body cam footage is not available, then the presumption of guilt should be on the officers and they have to prove themselves to be innocent. Because otherwise the body cam footage would be there to back up their story.
