The Problem with C++ Safety (Part 2): Modern C++ Is a Mindset, Not a Standard (modernescpp.com)

I would rather switch to Rust than try to learn modern C++. It feels like a totally new language to me, so I might as well switch languages and get all the advantages of using modern language.
