Show HN: Review patch/diff files as VS Code diffs with on-demand loading (marketplace.visualstudio.com)

This makes it possible to review & annotate these files standalone without requiring to clone entire repository, and also without using custom views so it works well with your existing VS Code preferences, esp. anything around a11y. I always wanted to get this extension out but did not have a chance to do so until now, and managed to publish after refreshing with recent conventions for Code extensions.
