Ask HN: What's the account age threshold to submit Show NH?

I'm trying to submit my 3 year old, non AIslop FOSS project to Show NH but I'm hit with the following error message:

>You're welcome on HN! Take some time to get to know the community, become a good contributor, and then it will be fine to post an occasional Show HN.

What's the minimum age threshold, then?

Forget age, contribute insightful, productive comments: in other words participate in the committee rather than try promote your thing. The latter can follow later.

Same question. I've been working 14 hours a day for 3 months on something and I'm finally ready to show it.

There's a more fundamental problem to deal with first: your HN comments have been breaking the site guidelines so badly that we've banned the account. You simply can't attack other users here the way you've been doing.

If you want to review the site rules at https://news.ycombinator.com/newsguidelines.html and build up a track record of participating in the community respectfully, that would be the way forward.

I see what this site is. A troll trolls me, I defend myself, you ban me. He called my work AIslop. I strongly defended myself but a strong defense is not an offense. I kiss no ring in order to give you a gift. The level of "I don't fuck with that" is unmeasurable. Have it.Have this site. Wallow in the mediocrity you foster and enjoy your perceived power - the power to squash innovation and gatekeep ideas. Enjoy talking about Politics and all the other nonsense I've seen here get 400 comments while something legitimitely interesting and helpful gets banned. and enjoy passing on all the legitimately interesting projects you are excluding from your own sense of moral superiority. I fuck with this not. This whole energy, this whole system, I fuck with this not. Rot amongst yourselves, I've got genuine interesting work to do.
