[–] Toshio 13y ago ↗ That's nice. If anyone has the time or inclination to look at the source, I'd be interested if this extension phones home in any way. [–] Andrex 13y ago ↗ Sounds like another gap of functionality on Chrome OS is about to be filled.Edit- Doesn't seem like it works on ARM Chromebooks yet, probably uses Native Client and not PNaCl. [–] [deleted] 13y ago ↗ (comment deleted) [–] marioestrada 13y ago ↗ NPAPI, the extension should soon be released for Firefox and Safari. The torrenting part is done via Btapp.js/Torque. [–] Andrex 13y ago ↗ Ah, NPAPI. It'd be nice if it switched to PPAPI soon so my Chromebook could run it. [–] mtgx 13y ago ↗ Does ChromeOS support PNaCl now? I think they said it was coming by the end of 2012. [–] Andrex 13y ago ↗ I believe it's enabled on ARM Chromebooks, ahead of the others because it's the one that really needs it. I know that the Secure Shell app uses it, and Netflix will soon as well. Maybe it isn't enabled but certain apps are whitelisted. [–] ysangkok 13y ago ↗ It wouldn't work if it was using PNaCl, the client support is not there yet.

[–] toyg 13y ago ↗ Reviews are scathing. I'll probably give it a pass, am fairly happy with Transmission.
