Please fix all the lame erlang

Yep, I tried to enter the site earlier without success. Finally I got the annoying front page, all full of Erlang links, and finded it funny after reading the related story, but this is not going to make the site any better.

I love this. It's actually not easy to find a ton of good stuff on Erlang.
