At Tutorspree, we find the perfect tutor for every student for every subject. With 5000+ tutors across the country and students from coast to coast, we're expanding our ability to match students with their perfect tutor.

We're hiring a user acquisition lead/growth hacker to focus primarily on attracting new students and parents through online and offline channels. We have a strong history/presence in SEO and plan on continuing to devote a material portion of our attention to it. We're also building out paid acquisition channels using a strong student LTV. We recognize that there is a lot we simply don't know, and want someone amazing to develop a coherent user acquisition strategy - from brand definition to segment analysis to channel definition - who can also implement and iterate rapidly as new data comes in.

Responsiblities: - You will be responsible for our student side user acquisition strategy. Your goal will be to bring in more students. - Primary focus will be on SEO, a channel that we know produces incredibly high quality student leads, and in which we've developed a strong position - You'll also need to understand and direct our efforts on paid channels (SEM, Email, retargeting and other) - Our clients have a strong tendency towards offline recommendation, another piece of the user acquisition portfolio you'll be tackling

Requirements: - Experience managing and building SEO strategies: - Link building - Content creation (original blog posts, leveraging tutor network to produce new content) - Site structure optimization and on page improvements - Experience managing paid search campaigns across channels (knowledge of affiliate dynamics a plus) - We work with a great partner on SEM campaign creation, you'll be partnering with them to create successful campaigns for us - Ability to implement is a must (not an armchair role) - Experience marketing to families/parents a plus
