If you're copying comments from HN to Disqus, know that a lot of commenters will be unhappy about not being informed that their comments may end up in more than one place.

I don't like it either, but you did end up posting on a website. I know one of my online handles has (mostly game related) forum posts replicated to forums/aggregates I've never posted to.
