Bank in Silicon Valley for small business?

Can you please advise a good bank for a small startup to open business checking and, potentially, credit?

I've heard good things about SVB (Silicon Valley Bank) and First Republic to keep your account there. As well as Amex to keep your corporate credit card.

We just incorporated and would prefer not to make a personal guarantees for loans taken. ;)
