Ask HN: How should I start learning the teachings of Confucius?

I checked out some books in Amazon but couldn't find any good one that I can read on Kindle. Readers usually complain about bad translations.

Do you have any recommendation? Are his books under copyrights? Isn't there any nice free website with good reading experience?
