In that time range, I think that developers who are looking at creating more 'general' applications will start heading towards HTML5 more so than they do today. However, as with all applications, it depends on the type..For example I wouldn't expect most games to be going HTML5 in the near future - unless we really see a powerful new framework that proves the maturity of HTML5 in the gaming space.
