I consider that a litmus test for companies -- oh, your HR requires a Word doc resume? Goodbye..

Very few companies, I'd say a vanishingly small number, require Word. I'm pleased to provide a PDF, but then again I have a nice looking one which I believe helps express my design aesthetic.
