Did rackspace copyright "Cloud Server"?

Ive been browsing their website and anywhere i see the words Cloud Server, they have a tm symbol next to it. Are they trying to implicitly copyright it by placing the tm symbol next to it or something? SInce those are generic terms, can i use them without fear of prosecution from rackspace?
