Ask HN: doctype geocities

I'd like to see how much push there would be to include a <!doctype geocities> in a revision of the HTML5 standard. "Features" including but not limited to:

- images restricted to animated gif - alternate cursor must be specified in the <head> - colors restricted to 216 websafe colors, as well as 24 extra shades of maroon and green - backwards compatibility for Netscape Navigator - require <!--[if IE]> shims on all documents

This just seems like an obvious, logical use case. Anyone else have any other feature suggestions?
