Ask HN: Advice for a man with a plan?

I have a solid concept for a business tool. I have vetted it with 10 professionals in this field and they all like/love the idea and would pay for it. I want to develop a solid MVP asap. I can't program at the level this app needs, but am decent at everything else. What is my step? Where do I go from here?
