ZenPayroll (YC W12) is looking for growth hackers to join us on our mission to deliver delightful, modern payroll to businesses everywhere. If you love un-sexy, core, foundational problems, we'd love to speak with you. Current payroll products haven't changed in decades and customers deserve better.

A little about us:

We're building the future of payroll. We launched in 2012 (http://zenpayroll.com/press) and raised $6.1M in our first round of financing so we could focus on building a long term foundation for the company. Our investors include the CEOs of Dropbox, Yelp, Yammer, Box, among others, as well as Google Ventures and Salesforce (full list at http://zenpayroll.com/investors). We currently have a product that our customers love, and we're processing millions of dollars in payroll every month. Our founders are second time entrepreneurs from Stanford who have had two prior exits. We're hungry to build something truly great and we're in this for the long haul.

What you'll do:

(1) Manage, optimize and experiment with all online marketing channels -- content/SEO, SEM, email, affiliate, etc.

(2) Own conversion optimization

(3) Help architect our data reporting/analytics infrastructure

Ideal background:

(1) Think like an owner in terms of how you work, the quality of your work, and what you work on

(2) Experience in SEO & SEM

(3) Strong analytics background

(4) Bonus: experience with inbound marketing

(5) Bonus: engineering degree
