I'm continually getting "403 forbidden" when I try to visit this HN. Help?

I seem to be able to access Hacker News via 3g connection on my phone, but via wifi I continually get 403 nginix errors. I know HN was getting DDOSed the other day, is it possible I wound up getting banned due to something related? My account doesn't seem to be deadified, but between the Google Reader closure and this, it's been a frustrating day. Can someone help?
