MobileWorks is hiring a Community Operations Manager
We’re experiencing fantastic growth and need an all-star community operations manager to interface with the MobileWorker community and our clients to keep things running smoothly. You’ll be working on our Premier product (premier.mobileworks.com), which provides hands-on, direct assistance to our highest-value clients.
At MobileWorks, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of community members from around the world to ensure that we continue to provide fantastic service. You’ll make sure that each client using Premier has an incredible experience, not just through direct customer service, but also by building design processes and policies that support Premier as we add hundreds of new staffers and clients each month.
About you:
You’re a self-motivated, detail-oriented person that loves managing projects with a lot of moving parts. Bringing people together--perhaps with a wide variety of backgrounds--is second nature to you. Great communication is something you take personal pride in--it’s not just a bullet point to check off on an application. You take great satisfaction in training others on a team to be successful with their roles. You get jazzed knowing that you brought a group together to complete a well-done project. And you can use all the latest desktop and cloud productivity software (e.g. google docs, MS office, Skype, etc.) like it’s another appendage.
It might be a match if you have:
* 1-2 years of experience in an operations management, community management, customer service, or similar role in a startup or small company * Experience training or teaching others new skills * Killer (in a good way) communications skills * Worked with people from a wide variety of backgrounds (international experience a huge plus!) * Are extremely service oriented * Super savvy with new technology * Have tried Premier and can tell us what you think about it!
