Show HN: Archive your Google reader read items

This is a quick week-end script: it will go and archive your google reader read items.

Why ? I'm hoping one of the new service that pops up to replace google reader will be able to import it. Or maybe I just want to search through it for content that is not available anymore. There may be other use cases.

I'm aware the code is dirty - but it does the job, and I thought I'd share it early. So far it writes a big .json file as a results. I had about 170k items, and it turned into a 640Mb file I'm eager for ideas as to what to do with the file as well.
