Technical Partner Needed

Hi all! In case it isn't glaringly obvious, I'm new to this community. I'm in need of a technical partner (coding, design etc) to help make my app business a reality. I've got some pretty solid ideas, but lack the skills to execute the apps properly. I'm looking to apply to Y Combinator with this partner!
