A cautionary tale: Change reverse DNS before switching web hosts
My startup's last two IP addresses (at previous hosts) still reverse resolve to lanthaps.com, and someone even did a blog post about malware activity from one of those IP addresses - and mentioned the domain name.
There is a very good lesson to be learned here: always change your reverse DNS on your IPs to something benign before you close an account with hosting companies, because it is a lot harder to have it changed afterwards, and reverse DNS can pose a very real risk to the reputation of your trademarks.
