Great Resume vs. High College Grades

I'm in my first year of studying Computer Science at a technical university in Europe, also working part-time as a freelancer and as a marketing assistant at a company.

I have many job/project opportunities and I'm not sure which of the above two would be valued more for a future career in IT & Communications - spending more time studying university subjects vs. freelancing, getting involved in projects, gaining more work experience.

Also, if in the future I will want to study in a graduate IT program at universities like Stanford, Reed, which will be more important for admission?
