Ask HN: Project management SaaS with API and customer notifications?

I'm looking for a SaaS solution that takes an ecommerce order, and passes it into project management with customer tracking (like when you order a parcel delivery)

The story will flow like:

1) Customer orders and pays via the website 2) Their order is automatically added into the system for monthly billing 3) A new project is automatically added to the system and assigned to available employees 4) Employees work on the project and track their time 5) As each section of the project is completed, the customer is automatically notified via email (or they can login to the website and track their order process) 6) Project is finished and final delivery

Any ideas on solutions that combine all of this together or will I have to mash a few?
